Refund Policy

This policy applies to tutoring purchases from Firmament Bolt Company, operating as DennisPrep. Email [email protected] with the checkout email and receipt. This policy does not remove any refund or cancellation right required by applicable law.

Free trial

The introductory trial lesson is free. There is no charge to refund for a free trial.

Four week subscriptions

Subscriptions renew automatically every four weeks until cancelled. You can cancel renewal by emailing [email protected] before the next renewal. Cancellation stops future charges and keeps any eligible remaining credits available through the end of the paid period.

For an initial subscription charge, request a full refund within seven calendar days if no paid lesson has been delivered. After a lesson has been delivered, a refund request may be made for paid lessons not delivered and not forfeited under the cancellation rules. Any refund is calculated using the per lesson price for the plan purchased. A lesson booked and not cancelled at least 24 hours before its start, or missed without notice, may count as delivered.

Lesson bundles

Request a full refund for an unused bundle within seven calendar days of purchase. If lessons from the bundle have already been delivered, you may request a refund for the remaining undelivered lessons, calculated at the per lesson rate shown for that bundle.

Changes and tutor cancellations

Ask to reschedule at least 24 hours before a lesson. Late cancellations and missed lessons are normally counted as used. If DennisPrep cancels a lesson and cannot offer a suitable replacement, that lesson will be refunded or restored as a credit, as you choose.

How refunds are issued

Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method. Banks and card issuers control how quickly a refund appears. To request a refund or cancellation, email [email protected]. Include your name, checkout email, purchase date, and the lessons involved.
