Dennis Prep

Terms of Service

These terms apply to tutoring and subscription services provided by Firmament Bolt Company, a Delaware corporation operating as DennisPrep. Contact [email protected] with questions. By booking or purchasing a service, you agree to these terms.

1. Students and guardians

A parent or legal guardian must arrange lessons and provide required permissions for a student under 18. For a student under 13, a parent or legal guardian must provide any verifiable consent required by applicable child privacy law before personal information is collected or a lesson is recorded. The adult who books represents that they are authorized to act for the student.

2. Tutoring and results

Tutoring is educational support. Scores and admission outcomes depend on many factors and are not guaranteed. Published score examples describe individual results and do not promise that another student will achieve the same result.

3. Prices, subscriptions, and cancellation

Prices, lesson counts, and billing frequency are shown before payment. Weekly subscriptions are billed in advance every four weeks and renew automatically until cancelled. To stop renewal, email [email protected] from the checkout email and request cancellation before the next renewal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period. Any mandatory cancellation or refund right under applicable law still applies. The Refund Policy explains lesson credits, cancellations, and refunds.

4. Scheduling and attendance

Premium scheduling codes are sent after a completed subscription checkout. Each code is five digits, can be used once, and expires seven days after issue. An activated account can save and revise the weekly preferences included in its paid plan. Students should request lesson changes at least 24 hours before the scheduled start. A late cancellation or missed lesson may count as used unless DennisPrep agrees otherwise or applicable law requires a different result. If DennisPrep cancels, the lesson will be rescheduled or refunded.

5. Lesson recording, quality, and training

Lessons may be recorded for training and quality assurance. Recordings and transcripts may be reviewed to improve tutoring and train human tutors. They may also be used to develop or improve DennisPrep AI tools solely for DennisPrep tutoring and educational purposes. Before recording begins, DennisPrep will notify the learner and, for a minor, their parent or guardian, and explain the recording, its intended uses, retention period, and service providers.

Where applicable law requires consent for recording or a particular use, DennisPrep will obtain the required consent before proceeding. If separate permission is required, declining it will not prevent the student from receiving tutoring. A student or parent may contact [email protected] to ask about or withdraw a permission for future use. For a minor, any permission required from a parent or guardian must be provided by that adult.

6. Student results and advertising

DennisPrep may publish combined, de identified score information only when it cannot reasonably be linked back to an individual student. A name, image, voice, identifiable story, or individually identifiable score result may be used in advertising only after separate written permission. For a student under 18, the parent or guardian must give that permission and the student should agree. Advertising claims will be truthful and supported, and will not imply that one student’s outcome is guaranteed for others.

7. Privacy, vendors, and account security

Payment, scheduling, video meeting, email, and account features may be provided by third party services such as Stripe, Cal.com, Google, and Resend. Their own terms and privacy notices apply to their services. Keep activation codes and account sign in details private. Contact DennisPrep promptly if you believe an account has been accessed without permission.

8. Changes and governing law

These terms do not limit rights that cannot be waived under applicable law. DennisPrep may update these terms by posting a new version here. Any choice of law or dispute process is subject to mandatory consumer protections in the place where the student lives. If one provision cannot be enforced, the rest remain in effect.
