Notice the conduct
We identify what each statement is doing, such as introducing evidence, explaining a method, or drawing a conclusion, and how it connects to the next.
“All English texts can be understood under the conduct method.” Learn to follow how ideas relate, so comprehension, not keyword hunting, leads your answer.

“I mean SAT is just logic and literature, think it like math exams.” My approach teaches students to understand how a text works, not to rely on a memorized trick or a keyword guess.
I am a Schoolhouse certified tutor, certified in March 2026. In Reading & Writing, we study how each statement stands in relation to the others, and how context and logical conduct work together. Students can think in their own language: “You will be able to understand logic itself. Which is above all languages and cultures.” Lessons draw on curated wordlists, example tests, targeted practice sets, and subject learning materials. I also teach SAT Math and Desmos strategy.
“The most important one is not fast reading, its fast comprehension.” We build comprehension by seeing how ideas relate, with context filling the shape of each logical conduct.
We identify what each statement is doing, such as introducing evidence, explaining a method, or drawing a conclusion, and how it connects to the next.
Context gives meaning to the logical structure. As Dennis puts it: “the shapes are conduct, the colors are context.” We learn to use both together instead of chasing isolated words.
Practice applying the method to SAT questions until the reasoning feels clear and the answer follows from what the text actually says.
In Math, we build understanding of the concepts and reasoning behind each problem, then practice applying them clearly and efficiently.
Learn how each sentence functions and connects: whether it introduces evidence, contrasts ideas, or supports a conclusion. Context and conduct work together.
Use Desmos as a tool for mathematical reasoning: graph, test relationships, and check whether an answer fits the problem.

“Good teaching, perfect, thank you!”
I love our lessons!
A parent shared the student’s first SAT practice test result after our trial lesson. Learning the method takes time; using it begins with understanding how the text works.

Single lessons are $60 an hour. In a bundle the rate falls the further ahead you book , $53 an hour at 4 lessons, down to $47 at 20. Not sure yet? Start with the free 20 minute trial , no card, no commitment.

Still unsure how the conduct method fits your child? Email me about their reading challenges and test date, and I’ll explain how we can approach them.
Email Dennis ↗It is completely free and takes 20 minutes. We work through a short diagnostic, look at how your child connects ideas and chooses answers, and discuss how the conduct method could support their learning. You are welcome to sit in.
Yes. Reading & Writing lessons focus on logic, context, and how statements relate. Math lessons build understanding of the concepts and reasoning behind problems. We can focus on either section or combine both.
Yes. We practice using Desmos to represent mathematical relationships, explore solutions, and check whether an answer fits the problem.
No tutor can guarantee a specific result. The conduct method is a way to understand reasoning in texts, not a promised score. Progress depends on each student’s learning, practice, consistency, and test day performance.
